Caps'me, a French brand that pioneered sustainable coffee, invented the reusable coffee capsule compatible with many machines on the market.
Economical, patented and assembled in ESAT, it reduces waste without compromising on taste.
On its e-commerce site, Caps'me relies on pedagogy and product demonstration to convince visitors.
Challenge
Before joining JOIN, the brand faced several obstacles on its product sheets:
- Visitors had difficulty understanding how the product worked, which was nevertheless differentiating
- Long text descriptions were seldom consulted.
- Despite presentation efforts, the rate of additions to the basket was stagnant
The Caps Me team decided to experiment with JOIN Stories via a A/B test on three product sheets, to stay true to their test & learn strategy.
Solutions
In a few minutes, the brand integrated on its pages:
- One Founder video, where the founder of the brand presents the product and its history
- Of tutorial videos, simply explaining how to use it
The integration was done in a copy and paste, without technical friction, and the vertical JOIN format made it possible to make the product presentation much clearer and more lively.
The Stories thus made it possible to condense essential information while capturing attention from the top of the page.

Results
The performances immediately validated the impact of the format:
- +20% conversion rate On the best seller
- Significant increase in the rate of addition to the cart, thanks to a better understanding of the product
- Increased session time and Decreased bounce rate, a sign of a strengthened commitment
Faced with these results, the brand plans to extend JOIN to all of its product sheets.
And the E-commerce manager gives a clear message: tAll brands that want to bring their products to life on an e-commerce site should test this format.
