What is an impression ?
An impression is counted each time a video widget is displayed to a visitor on your website. It doesn't matter whether the visitor clicks or interacts with it — each display counts as one impression.
What happens if I exceed my monthly impression limit?
On Starter, additional impressions are billed at €5 per 1,000. On Growth, the rate drops to €3 per 1,000. Scale plans use custom tiered pricing — the more you use, the lower the rate per impression. You only pay for what you use beyond your included volume.
Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. If you upgrade mid-cycle, you'll be prorated for the remainder of the period.
Is there a free trial?
Starter is available with immediate self-serve sign-up — no credit card required to get started. For Growth and Scale, contact our team to discuss a trial or pilot.
What does annual billing save me?
Choosing annual billing gives you a 20% discount on your monthly total. For example, a Growth plan drops from €249/mo to ~€199/mo (billed as a single annual payment of ~€2,390).
Do all plans support Shopify?
Yes. The Shopify connector is available on all plans — Starter, Growth, and Scale. Google Merchant Center and custom product feeds are available from Growth onwards.
Is UGC (User-Generated Content) available on Starter?
Yes. The UGC Hub, Instagram and TikTok integrations, and Rights Management are available on all plans including Starter. Creator-Generated Content (CSV export) is exclusive to Scale.
What is the Enterprise Add-on?
The Enterprise Add-on is an optional module available on top of the Scale plan. It adds dedicated support (named CSM, < 1h SLA), advanced security (SSO, RBAC, audit logs), 99.9% uptime SLA, a staging environment, custom integrations, and tailored legal agreements. Priced at €1,000/mo or +30% of your Scale plan, whichever is higher. One Add-on covers both JOIN Stories and AI Content Creation.
Can I use JOIN on multiple websites or markets?
Multi-domain and multi-site publishing is available on the Scale plan. Scale also supports multi-market configurations (multiple currencies, countries, and languages). Starter supports 1 language, Growth supports 2.
What support is included with my plan?
Starter includes email support. Growth includes priority support with faster response times. Scale includes a dedicated support team and personalized onboarding. The Enterprise Add-on adds a named Customer Success Manager and contractual SLA guarantees.
Do you offer bundle pricing for Stories + AI Content Creation?
Yes. If you subscribe to both JOIN Stories and AI Content Creation, contact our sales team for preferential bundle pricing. The Enterprise Add-on also covers both products under a single subscription.
