JOIN Product Keynote 2026: when AI turns video commerce into measurable business leverage

On February 13, 2026, for the second edition of our Product Keynote, we had the great pleasure of bringing together our customers, partners and the entire JOIN team around a common belief: with artificial intelligence, video commerce is taking a decisive step forward.

This evening was an opportunity to share our vision, our major innovations driven by AI, and a highlight with the presentation of the JOIN Awards to celebrate brands that have made video a real driver of performance.

The video commerce paradox

Today, brands have never had so many resources to produce video: UGC, creators, internal studios, generative AI...

On social networks, performances are easily measurable (views, engagement, clicks), but when it comes to e-commerce, everything gets complicated: What video really sold? Which reassured an undecided buyer? Which one raised a specific brake? And which, in the end, was useless?

And this challenge is further complicated by the fragmentation of the buying process. Discovery is made on TikTok or Instagram, consideration is made through YouTube and customer reviews, and key questions are increasingly being asked directly to an AI. In France, 31% of consumers already use AI to guide their purchases (FEVAD, February 2026); an adoption multiplied by 5 in 3 years.

The site is then no longer a starting point, but a confirmation point. In seconds, your customers should understand why one product is better than another, why they should buy it now, and why they should buy it from you. The battle is therefore about the ability to convince quickly and measurably, and for that, a format is needed: video.

  • GEO Engine meets the No. 1 priority for e-commerce brands in 2026: referencing in LLMs. Each video published via JOIN is now analyzed automatically (content, product, context), then structured in a format that can be used by generative AIs. A world first that we are proud to deploy with the L'Oréal group, and will soon be available to all Shopify merchants.
  • CRO Engine centralizes and analyzes customer data (Trustpilot reviews, customer service conversations, social networks) to identify and quantify the obstacles to recurring purchases, then tell you which videos to create to respond to them.
  • Media Categorization Predicts the performance of your videos based on the collective intelligence of the JOIN network (30,000 stories/year). AI identifies the common characteristics of videos that convert and assigns a performance score to each piece of content.
  • Product Detection automatically links your videos to the right products: the JOIN AI detects which product appears in each video and allows you to enrich your files in a few clicks.
  • Two new widgets: The UGC Wall to activate your creative content at scale with automatic feeds, and the Cross-sell Video Widget to increase the average basket by displaying videos of additional products.
