Challenge

Emma Was Facing Three Major Obstacles despite high traffic:

  • Little Reinsurance Sensory on “touch & feel” products
  • Too Little Time Spent On the Product Sheets
  • Overdue mobile conversion, with A lot of quick withdrawals

The team was looking for a solution that was easy to test, capable of Generate Trust and Commitment, without harming business KPIs.

Solutions

For 14 days, Emma tested JOIN in A/B test By Integrating UGC Web Stories On His Product Pages (bed linen, pillows, bundles...).
