Overview

Smoon Lingerie Was created in 2019 with the aim of providing a technical response to women when they need it most. Their mission is to support women in all stages of their lives by providing them with comfort and performance. Innovation is at the heart of each of the Smoon projects and guides the brand in all its developments.

Challenge

Following an analysis of the performance of their site, Smoon Lingerie realized that it was facing several challenges. First, the brand needed to find a way to increase customer reinsurance and reduce the barriers to purchase. Then, it had a humanization challenge on its site. Finally, the brand aspired to reduce customer returns.

Solutions

In view of these particular challenges, Smoon Lingerie Turned to JOIN and its Web Stories solution. These made it possible to address each of the brand's challenges. Thanks to video, customer testimonials, and UGCs inserted via Web Stories, the brand increased customer reinsurance and brought a touch of humanization. The Smoon Lingerie team focused on videos explaining product sizing, which significantly reduced customer feedback.

Résultats

To test the effectiveness of the solution, Smoon Lingerie Has set up an A/B test with Web Stories on its product sheets. This test revealed that pages with Web Stories generated 13.2% more conversions, generated 21.2% more revenue, and had 11% longer sessions than pages without Web Stories! Smoon now integrates Web Stories into all of its product pages.
