Product Keynote 2025: Focus on AI, Performance, and Brands Leading the Way

Last April 9th, JOIN organized its very first Product Keynote In Paris.

A highlight for our team, our customers, our partners — and all those who believe in the potential of Video commerce.

This meeting was an opportunity to share our vision, to announce major functionalities, and above all to highlight those who are already deploying JOIN with creativity and ambition.

What We Revealed

During this keynote, we presented several new features that will transform the way brands use JOIN on a daily basis:

- UGC 2.0 : a new module to better integrate content created by customers

- Product Matcher : an automatic matching feature between product sheets and stories, to save time and increase relevance

- Multi-language translation : your Stories and widgets now adapt automatically to the language of the site

- And the first concrete steps towards a AI at the service of content : generation, optimization, personalization...

The objective remains the same: to make JOIN an ever smoother, smarter and more profitable conversion lever.

The 2025 JOIN Awards

Because our greatest pride remains what our customers do with JOIN, this year we launched the JOIN Awards. 8 trophies, 8 different ways to shine through video commerce.

A look back at some highlights:

Story Power Award → M6+: more than 1.3M views in 6 months

Global Expansion Award → Garnier: deployment in more than 15 countries

Omnichannel Award → Asus: multi-channel use of Stories (site, CRM, print...)

Engagement Icon Awards → Nice & Dr. Pierre Ricaud: two brands involved at every stage

CRM Genius → Bouygues Telecom: a remarkable integration into the relational strategy

Conversion Hacker → Emma Matelas: numerical proof of business impact

And now?

This keynote marks a real turning point for JOIN — both in terms of the product and in the way we co-build with our customers.

The coming months will be punctuated by the first deployments, concrete field feedback, and new iterations to make video commerce an even more strategic lever.

The sequel will be written with those who want to make it a real performance driver.
