How long does it take to create a Web Story?
JOIN is a kind of “Canva” of Web Stories.
To create a web story, all you have to do is upload your content (photos, video, GIFS, etc.) to our available template templates. In a few clicks, you can create several stories very simply.
For example, creating a story of 4 Cards Takes only 6 minutes on average.
After creating a Web Story, how long does it take to integrate JOIN on my website/app?
The JOIN integration is very fast: after creating your story using our turnkey templates, you only have to copy/paste a JOIN script into the back office of your CMS.
The integration is unique. Behind you can add, edit, delete Web Stories without having to touch the script.
I Don't Have Content: What Should I Do?
We have a database with dozens of templates available to inspire you.
If you don't have internal content, you can use your UGCs to create Web Stories.
We have partnerships with UGC platforms to obtain this type of content quickly, simply, while remaining compliant. Connect your Instagram account to JOIN and find the Reels, Stories, and Posts you're tagged on. Send a rights request to the creator directly from JOIN using a pre-written Direct Message. Then publish your UGC in Web Stories format and replicate the social media experience on your platforms.

What are the impacts on the performance of websites?
The Web Story has no impact on the performance of your site or on the loading time of a page.
Unlike a YouTube video that can weigh up to 2610p, the Web Story actually consists of a 16 KB script that fetches the videos hosted on the JOIN servers.
We have implemented the lightest possible script to not impact loading time and navigation.
Is it possible to integrate TikTok content?
It is currently not possible to connect with JOIN to TikTok accounts.
However, you can save TikTok videos on a computer and then import them to our platform.
On the other hand, we offer a direct connection to Instagram. As mentioned above, by connecting your Instagram account to JOIN, you can upload and store UGC content from your community (photos, stories, reels, posts) via an automated process including maintaining rights from creators from our platform.
