Blissim increases its conversion rate by 5% with Web Stories

Blissim has been sharing her love for beauty with her customers since 2011. Their mission? Support customers in their beauty purchases so that they are always a source of pleasure, inspiration and discovery. Blissim is the number one beauty box in France, and every month they find the best products, between big brands and small gems, to offer new favorites to its customers.

In May 2022, due to a shortage of paper, Blissim cannot print or incorporate its menu into the May box. They are therefore looking for a solution that is quick and intuitive to set up, but especially designed for mobile. Blissim then called on JOIN to create a format that was both innovative and authentic, offering a new experience to its subscribers.

With JOIN, Blissim designs a QR code integrated into each menu in the box. When it is scanned, customers come directly to Web Stories, which now replaces the brochure. In less than 72 hours, all Web Stories are created and 200,000 boxes sent. This new format thus allows Blissim to master the unboxing experience of its subscribers by combining digital and mobile-first content with a physical moment, by telling about its products thanks to a Blissim expert and by promoting complementary products to boost its turnover.

Fifteen days later, the results are already conclusive: 81,000 stories opened, 16,000 clicks on CTAs, 80% story completion rate and more than 60% of users validating this new format. Given the success of this test collaboration, Blissim then decided to extend its partnership with JOIN for one year and to rely on web stories as an acquisition lever. Following the implementation of an A/B test, Blissim notes an increase of +5% in its conversion rate and of +10% in its turnover with the use of stories. Now, Web Stories are being deployed on a large scale at Blissim.
